So what should you start with? What do you want to change?

What would you change about yourself?
If you ask anyone this question they will first tell you that they would want to change the thing that bothers them the most - for example –loosing weight. If they were slimmer, life would be great.

Then if you ask: what else?... they will think for a second and then start : well… the height .. hmm..I guess the nose , fuller lips , bigger breasts… hmm… sexier legs , flatter abs … hmm.. the shape of my eyebrows, the color of my eyes… I guess you get the idea. People want to improve everything.

So, can you do all that? Of course you can, as long as you have a clear idea of what you’re aiming for.

But it’s difficult to do it all at once. So what should you start with?
Well if you want my advice- don’t start changing the thing that bothers you the most. Start with the second one.
Why? Because there are a lot of negative emotions associated with the feature that bothers you the most and that will make it harder for you to make the change.
Also, you don’t want to start changing something that bothers you only from time to time –because you will not have the patience, time and mood to go trough all the visualization process only to change something that doesn’t really bother you so much.

You don’t need to make a list with the things that you want to change. If you’re like me, you probably hate the books that tell you to take a piece of paper and 20 minutes off and make a list with the things that bother you: D.

I think everybody knows what bothers them the most and the second one should be pretty easy to find.

So… start with the second one. It should be pretty easy to get he results you desire and gaining experience during all this, you will be able to move on changing another feature of your choice.

ATTAIN A PERFECT SKIN - part II

When you are confident that you’ve found what you were looking for and you can remember it at any given time, you are ready to start making it happen for you.
At night, as you’re lying in your bed, before you fall asleep, is a good time to start visualizing, but you can choose any time of the day when you feel relaxed.
You will need at least 10-15 minutes everyday in order to achieve your goal.

With your eyes closed, see yourself, just like you would watch yourself in the mirror.
Everything is as you know it, except your face. Your skin is now exactly as it is in the picture you’ve chosen. You must see it, feel it, be convinced that you have it.
It might take a while until you are able to see the image clearly. Don’t despair if it doesn’t happen immediately. The process should not be stressful.
When you succeed to visualize your new complexion, try to hold that image in your mind as long as possible. If you get tired or you can’t concentrate anymore, let the image fade for a while, rest for a minute and then start again.
Some of you might be able to get it right the first time, while for some others it might take a few days. But anyone can do it.
When you are able to see the image clearly in your mind, the changes start to take effect. You might even feel a tingling sensation around the areas that are changing.

Keep this routine daily and don’t run to the mirror, first thing in the morning to check for changes. Changes take a while and the less you check the mirror during the process, the faster the results will appear.
Actually, I recommend that you look in the mirror in dim light. Remember, your goal for now is to suspend the present reality. This is how you make room for the future reality.

Having a healthy looking skin is very important nowadays, so that there is an entire cosmetic industry dedicated to it, such as: sun-blocking lotion, acne treatment, anti-wrinkle cream, foundation and so on, promising us to make our skin look perfect.
But as we all discovered by now, they don’t do much to help improve our skin condition. We end up spending a lot of money and our best hope is to find a product that delivers at least half of what it promises to do.
Using the mind to achieve a perfect skin doesn’t cost money. It involves a little bit of imagination and a little bit more of concentration.
So how does that work?

If you feel the need to complain about the condition of your complexion I strongly recommend that you do it before you start the method I suggest, because during the next weeks you won’t allow yourself to notice the imperfections anymore.

Next, you go “shopping” for your new complexion. Practically, what you must do is look around, or check the internet or the magazines to find the most fabulous complexion .It’s free of charge so you can choose the best you see fit.
You can skip this step if you know exactly what you want and you are confident that you can see it clearly in your mind. But for most people, especially when they’ve been having a skin condition for a long time, it can be very difficult to imagine themselves having a perfect complexion.

So, when you find the perfect one for you, keep the picture close and hold that image in your mind.

I strongly recommend you not to take this step lightly. It’s a bad idea to change your mind about what you want, after you have already started the process. So take your time when doing your research, in order to make sure that what you’ve selected is exactly what you want, no matter how long it takes.

I’ve started this to speak about a subject that interests me a lot –changing physical appearance using the power of your mind. That’s right. As long as you have a mind and you desire to look a certain way –well… good news - you can.

I don’t want this to sound too cliché – like… we all know about the great power that our mind holds and if we put our minds to work we can accomplish everything we want. Yeah... we all agree with that. Like a friend of mine was telling me : “ you can tell me about the most amazing and seemingly impossible thing… but if you add ‘ using the power of the mind’ to it, I’ll believe it “.


So , I'm not here to speak about using this power to win the lotto , find your soul mate or live a happy life.There are already thousands of pages written about the subject.
Instead I'm concentrating on using visualisation to acquire or improve some physical features.

There are no limits to what you can do: loose weight, increase breasts size,, get perfect abs, change eye color, change the shape of your nose, acquire that perfect skin that all movie stars seem to have :p and more.
Of course, everybody's different. Not all of us want to look the same way. Some would like to look like Marilyn Monroe, while some prefer the Marilyn Manson look :D

Now, this is about looking the way you desire. But what is the use of looking perfect when it only lasts for 10 years or so and then you get old?
So, I’m now trying to discover something else as well: immortality.
Better said: to be beautiful/handsome and young forever.


Now…I already have the prove that changing physical appearance can be done … but about the immortality what can I say? You can not quite prove that it can be done or not. Not until you die.. or don’t die.. and you’re 300 years old.

But there’s good news : you can make yourself look younger – of course using your mind.
